Chloe's Jewels only despatches orders within the UK at this time.
Orders are despatched within 24-48 hours after receiving cleared payment, excluding weekends and Bank/Public Holdays. Please note that if you pay by sending us a cheque or pay by echeque via paypal your order will not be despatched until your payment has cleared. All jewellery orders over £34 are sent using Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service which insures and tracks your order at a flat rate of £5.60. Orders under £34 are sent 1st class recorded delivery at a flat rate of £2.95. UK postage rates apply to UK mainland customers only, orders to the Channel Islands, Highlands and other remote locations may be subject to additional costs. Customers will be emailed prior to the despatch if this is the case. All prices are subject to change. Postal services are subject to Royal Mail’s terms and conditions, orders cannot be reported as lost until 15 working days have passed from due delivery date. No refunds or replacements can be given until after the 15 days has passed.
Payment
Chloe's Jewels accepts most credit / debit cards through Paypal’s secure servers. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by card. Simply select Paypal as your payment method at checkout. Then follow the link for non-account holders once you reach the Paypal payment page.
Please note I reserve the right to refuse delivery to unconfirmed/unverified addresses so it is important to make sure your delivery address matches your payment address when paying through your paypal account.
Chloe's Jewels also accepts payments through Google Checkout, you can create an account during checkout or use your existing account if you have one.
You may also pay by cheque or postal order. Please send your cheque/postal order within 5 days of purchase otherwise your order will be cancelled.Your order will be despatched as soon as your payment has cleared. Cheques/postal orders should be sent to Chloe's Jewels, 81B Selwyn avenue,Richmond,Surrey.TW9 2HB.
Returns
You may return any item (excluding earrings or earring findings due to hygiene issues) within 10 days for a refund.When returning an item please let me know via email first so I know your order is being returned.Returning items is at your own cost(unless your order has been damaged in transit and if so I will make a claim with Royal Mail). Please ensure you return your order with all original packaging and in the same condition as received otherwise I will not be able to offer a refund.I also advise that your order is returned via recorded delivery as I cannot refund items which are lost or damaged in the post.Once I have received your returned order within the 10 day time frame I will issue you with a refund excluding all postal/shipping charges.
PLEASE NOTE EARRINGS CANNOT BE RETURNED DUE TO HYGIENE ISSUES/REGULATIONS.
